Putting them on is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1- Place them on the ground, gray wool side down and the hook to the front.
2- Place your foot in the center, then pull up on the hook and push the cord lock down.
3- Wrap the cord once or twice around your ankle and secure the hook back onto the cord. Done.
